How do I use my NFC card?
Place your NFC reader above the card's NFC logo. Here is where most NFC readers are ︎︎︎
Watch THIS video for a visual representation if you need further assistance. If it's not working, it's probably because you haven't enabled your NFC reader in the settings, although it should be enabled if you've ever used Apple Pay or Android Pay.

Where is my confirmation email? As soon as the purchase is completed, confirmation emails are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Either the email is in your spam bin, or you might have typed your email address wrong.


Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, tracking numbers are emailed to the email address you used to make the purchase.


Why does it say invalid tracking number? When we ship an order using UPS or FEDEX, the tracking link with the right tracking number is sent, but it is on the USPS website because our website provider only allows USPS tracking links. All you have to do is copy and paste the tracking number on the FEDEX or UPS website.


Can I change my shipping address? If the order has not shipped then yes, press CONTACT US and tell us your order number along with the new shipping address. If its already shipped then no, we cant for reasons explained on TERMS OF SERVICE
